Don't return results if exact match query is not found

I'm searching footprints + a wordlist and sometimes there are no results for that exact query. Google shows a message like ...
No results found for "blah blah" word
Results for blah blah word (without quotes):

But in this case I do not want the results without quotes as they do not match the footprint. How can I setup the Google preset to return 0 results in that case.
