Error: Lock 1000 threads failed(1520 of limit 2000 used)

I get this error when I try to add a task in A-Parser. Until yesterday it used to work fine with 1500 threads, but today I get this error. I tried lowering the number of threads to 1000, but still I get the same error.

Error: Lock 1000 threads failed(1520 of limit 2000 used)

Try restart A-Parser and install latest beta version, this bug is fixed
