cant run on windows 7

Hi,

I tried to open up the .exe on windows 7 as administrator, I also made sure that my ip address is added to the IP Config, but i get the error: "Advanced SE Parser & Analyze Tool Has Stopped Working"

Any idea on how to fix this?
