Properly Configure Xevil?

I've trying to setup Xevil to work with Google parser modern and I keep getting a 596 Cant connect error:

I've tried setting up REcaptcha 2 with and without using proxy but doesn't seem to matter.

Are there other settings I need to change? Anything I need to setup in Util::Antigate?

To recognize the recaptcha in Xevil, you need to have a ReCapcha2 Solver Module connected, which is currently in beta testing.
