Changes in work of support

In the period from 10/12/2018 to 23/12/2018 the following changes will apply:
  • Technical support will not be provided through ICQ, Jabber и E-Mail. The remaining support channels (listed below) will work as usual:
    • bitrix24.png
      Online chat
    • telegram.png
      Telegram @aparser_bot
    • skype.png
      Skype A-Parser Support
    • slack.png
      Slack a-parser
    • Tickets, forum and chats in Telegram и Skype
  • Paid support will work in a limited mode (only ordering new presets, taking orders depends on the employee’s load), only through Telegram @aparser_paid
Starting from 24/12/2018, all support channels will resume work in the standard mode. Sorry for any inconvenience.
