Rich and Flags

For Google parser what values are supposed to be shown for Flags? I don't seem to get any results.

What part of the SERP does the "Shopping" value for rich snippets represent?

For Google parser what values are supposed to be shown for Flags?

The parser may now have the following values: Date, AMP, Image Preview, Video, Rich snippet, Featured snippet, Datasets.
But Google may no longer show some of these, and the layout for some may change frequently. Below are a couple of screenshots.

What part of the SERP does the "Shopping" value for rich snippets represent?

It should be a block with the same name. It is possible that Google no longer displays it or has changed the name.
