Требуется чтоб имя файла содержала md5 запроса. Типа такого query.md5

А вообще, как сделать чтоб сохранялось по папкам собранными из частей мд5 запроса.

Задача решается с помощью JS.
Добавляем в А-Парсер JS-функцию генерации md5 хеша:

В результате получаем файл с результатами парсинга, с названием и расположением основанным на md5 хеше запроса:

Проблема в кодировках, совпадать с будет только с латиницей...

Вот эта функция работает вроде как одинаково с md5 php https://github.com/kvz/phpjs/blob/master/functions/strings/md5.js
