1.1.652 - dynamic threads limit, support of digital captcha in Google

In version 1.1.652 added support of dynamic threads limit, which allows you to distribute the limit between all running tasks, thereby increasing the overall speed of the tasks in the queue

In addition, the parser SE::Google now supports digital captchas and Cheap-Captcha service has provided to users of A-Parser unique discount: only 25 cents for 1000 recognized captchas
